Hi, I’m Ann-Loou

I’ve loved travelling for as long as I can remember.

I’ve travelled solo to many parts of the world, often far from home, saying yes to the unknown. Along the way I’ve volunteered, met people from different cultures and discovered something that has stayed with me ever since.

The greatest gift my travels have ever given me has never been the beautiful places I’ve visited.

It has always been the people.

Strangers who welcomed me with open hearts and, over time, became lifelong friends. My own Soul Family.

As the years have passed, a different longing has grown within me.

I still love discovering beautiful places, but today I long even more for genuine connection.

For meaningful conversations.

For friendships that grow naturally.

For women who inspire one another and feel free to be exactly who they are.

I believe we are stronger together. Not because we can’t stand on our own, but because life becomes richer when it’s shared.

That longing became the inspiration behind Soul Family & Friends.

A place where women can travel on their own, yet never feel alone.

A place where beautiful destinations become the backdrop for genuine friendships, shared experiences and unforgettable memories.

  • Ann-Loou was exactly what I needed to guide me through my water fast. Although I had fasted before, I had never tried fasting with water and all the benefits that come with “autophagy.” I felt secure through all the steps and levels and had answers to all my questions about whether it was normal to feel low on energy, which it was. But afterwards, it was like being reborn. My thoughts were so clear, even though I normally have too many thoughts and am unfocused. I could think clearly, get more done, and my body felt young. And my skin had such a glow. Next time, I'm going to try it for a longer period of time, but I want the guidance again!

  • Hello, my dear! After our conversation, I have reflected, cried, cried, and reflected again. The tears that I have held back for so long have just kept flowing. It was as if a button had been pressed. But I needed this, and I will likely cry more. I have been walking around pretending to be too strong for far too long. Today it's a little, little easier to breathe... but I still have a long way to go. I felt good after our conversation, as if some kind of process is about to start... it's hard to explain. In any case, it felt fantastic to talk to you. I went straight into town and bought a gratitude journal, a dream journal, and a new “vomit journal.” Then I took the opportunity to give myself a little gift, because I finally sought help to heal from what I've been through.
